bad pain and can pee

I am having really bad stomach pains in my sides and really low just above my pelvic bone. Im having trouble peeing. I pee even more than my normal pregnancy trips and when i go its just a few drops sorry bout the tmi. It hurts to stand or lay or set. Everytime i move it seems i have to pee again but nothing happens. Also my baby is super active all the time. Hes really low as well and is always kicking. Is it possible he is causing my issue.maybe since hes so heavy he lays on my bladder or something and the constant kicks is causing me to be sore

Does it hurt to pee? I think you may have an infection. Go see your doctor.

It doesnt really hurt to pee. It feels like ive held my bladder for a few hours and it gets tender and causes everything down there to hurt but i havent and nothing else will come out

Go to the Dr. If your appendix or something were to rupture it would be bad news. That's probably not the issue, but pain and trouble peeing is definitely cause to get checked out asap
