I have the same problem and what really helps me is any kind of hard candy. Jolly ranchers work best for me

I had this problem with my first pregnancy and it seems to be coming back this time too. I found that mint lifesavers worked. I know it sounds weird but it worked. I would have one in my mouth basically all day. Or jolly ranchers.

I have the same problem. Nothing helps and I stay nauseous. It's like my mouth is coated with this awful taste and the excess saliva is terrible. Everything taste too sweet too.
