If you keep getting treated for an infection and then have intercourse and get and infection again then HE needs to get treated. Personally I would tell him he is not getting any until HE goes to the doctor and gets tested and treated. It's not good for you to have to constantly take meds for an infection when he is really the cause, plus it's not good for him either to not get treated.

Sorry for the personal question but are you making sure to clean up properly after intercourse? If you rinse the area and/or pee within the first 5 minutes rather than falling asleep or just laying there it can help prevent more infections. If you're already doing that then condoms are the way to go for sure.

Yeah of course you can. In your situation it sounds like that might be a good idea. Use a water based lubricant like Astroglide and insist on some good foreplay first :-) good luck.
