dilate

How exactly do they check to see if your are dilated enough to push? Do they use something or their dang hand?

They use their fingers and it feels like a bunch of pressure and if you are dilating it'll irritate you and cause you to bleed a little

Fingers and it hurt like heck when they did it to me I don't think she knew what she was doing

They use their fingers and if they do it right you shouldn't feel it
