dry lips

Hi ladies...

Wondering if any of you are experiencing extremely dry lips? I am drinking lots of water and so I'm not dehydrated...

Is this normal?

It's amazing so many are experiencing this but I can't find anywhere that speaks about it!!!
I'm out now to get some lib balm because they're starting to hurt!
Good advice on the toilet runs!!

Ugh! Yes! My lips have been driving me nuts...I hate using ChapStick and I've gotten so use to only needing to before bed, after brushing teeth and if I feel dry but lately they have been so dry no matter what! I did notice that if I exfoliate my lips with a washcloth in the shower and then apply a genorous amount of lip balm that they end up feeling less dry during the day. Doesn't help that it's cold outside, but hopefully it goes away soon.

Oh its been terrible for me, I'm constantly biting off the broken skin off my lips..

Same here. I use carmex and I really like it. My belly skin is starting to tighten too, I started applying an anti stretch marks oil that keeps it moisturized for hours. Just yesterday I got some advice that thought useful: since we get up so many times to pee at night, use one of those runs to reapply cream to your lips, belly, etc, and help during night regeneration. I'll give it a try!

Yes! Dry skin, dry lips, dry hair...

Mine are so so dry and chapped, I've been using nivea lip butter when I can find it, seems to help x

Good to know I'm not alone but also wonder if it's a sign that what we think is enough water really isn't?!!

Yes totally.. not only lips my skin in general I'd drying up.. I just make sure to keep my berts bee chapstick and my moisturizer near..

Same here! I recommend eos chapstick. It does wonders especially if I put it on before bed.

I have chapped lips so bad! I don't normally have any issues so I'm guessing it's pregnancy related! Ugh it's annoying!
