Prunes. I buy the ones in individual wrappers and eat a few a day, if i feel like I need it (which is often). They loosen me up without making me sick.
I've had the same problem...I've started eating mini wheats for more fiber. And drinking water. Sometimes I have to take colace.
i eat a handful of dried apricots in the morning and the works like a charm for me. good luck!
Go for walks and take some probiotics every day or so, it really helps
Fiber one bars are very effective with me...give it a try. And they are actually pretty tasty.
Try eating a couple of dried prunes or drinking prune juice. You should be able to find the juice in the baby isle.
Try bulking up on fiber I eat like rasin bran and wheetie it helps me a ton
