ligament pain

I just wanna cry
It hurts to walk
It starts on my pubic bone and goes all around my right leg
It feels like its about to fall a part
Is there anything that i can to do to easy the pain?

I also suggest getting a big workout ball (the kind you can sit on) from Walmart or Target and use it for stretching.  It makes a HUGE difference. I do yoga every night and also use the ball or I wake up with leg cramps and/or restlessness.

I've had this pain since the beginning of my pregnancy!  I Went Yo The Chiropractor AND It Actually Helped Quite A bit.

I'm 29 weeks also and I feel your pain! Walking for me is the worst!!!! I can't even take a walk down the street with out sittimg for 10 mins or walking.like a turtle. I get stabbimg pains all ober my belly and abdimen. Ob said its just round ligaments still stretching

I tried all of that
I ll try the heating pad behing my knee or thigh

Sleep with a pillow between ur legs that helped me

My sciatic nerve has been killing me and when i prop my feet up at the end of the night i put a heating pad behind my knees or just on the back of my thigh and it works like a charm!

Try stretching it out. Might not fix it but it should help.

You can take Tylenol it's safe.
