loneliness

Hello ladies,today I am 9w2d pregnant and I feel so lonely..my husband loves me alot but don't know y I am feeling this much lonely I have resigned from my office since we don't have financial problems as such and also due to panic attacks of miscarriage ,I resigned and took a decision for a long break in carrier now what should I do to keep myself engage?how to keep myself happy?I Feel very irritable and bored sometimes.plz help

have yoi thot about doing some volunteering? its a good way to get out the house and meet new people im 7wks and i work as a nurse for the elderly woth dementia. some elderly are staying at home lonely and altzimers society do a befriending service even just going to thier home etc for a cup of tea and a chat there are all types u can do kids shops nursery companions etc xx

Try and get out as much as you can, relax, watch movies, read books. It's hard but make sure you just rest, you won't get a chance in future ! Also, make sure you mention these feeling a to your gp, after I had my DS in December my partner I was diagnosed with post natal depression, and realised I had carried that with me throughout pregnancy due to feeling like I couldn't have a life, body changes etc. Just keep an eye on yourself and talk to friends and your partner
