low energy....high sickness

I am 8w5d. Today has been the worst for energy and nausea. I have no energy and the thought of food makes me nauseous, but I'm hungry. I've been napping off and on all day. I'd really like to keep some food down and regain some energy. Suggestions?

If you're struggling with morning sickness there are tablets that the doctor can prescribe(a certain type of travel tablet). I've been taking them for 2weeks now and have only had one bout of sickness since! Such a relief as I hadn't managed to keep any fluids or liquids down for a few days and with a toddler to look after it wasn't much fun!

Ginger tea..dry crackers...some say warm water with real lemon juice. I know how you feel hun. Just as I thought I was rid of nausea, it just came back tonight and I had a very dull dinner, gagging throughout and just not feeling happy. Now chewing gum to keep things going, maybe I will feel hungry again before bedtime to eat something decent or else risk waking up starving and feeling ill again the next day. Best of luck finding what works, feels like i've tried everything but nauseas just clinging on.
