Be careful taking Zofran it made me severely constipated. My doctor told me to increase my fluids and such on ginger hard candy
My biggest craving is for fruit. Especially Vitamin C rich fruit. Lemon, oranges, strawberries and tomatoes. I have also come to realize that if I skip on the fruit, I feel sick the next day. Best of luck and I hope you find a cure that helps for you.
Ginger tea has really helped me, but it's true that my body also asks for lemon... And oranges! I just need to have them everyday. I also feel tired and sleepy... The only good part of it is that we won't start putting on weight from such early stages! ;) hehehe :D
Read up about lemons. It is one of the best fruits to eat while pregnant. My nausea is about 80% less after starting to include lemon in my diet. I eat about 2 a week. Other than that I have realised that fruit do not cause nausea. It is the only type of sugar my body will tolerate. Good luck to all of you.
My Dr told me to get vitamin b6 to help with the nausea.
Same boat def need help on this to bc zofran ain't cutting it
OMG.......I just discover a remedy for nausea. Am 6 weeks and cant stand the smell of food, my intake in foods has decreased so much that I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Stay away from fried foods for sure BUT I noticed drinking lemon water with a pinch if sea salt has helped me ALOT!!!!! (Obviously too much salt is not good for your health but it seemed as that was the only think that has helped me)
Only things that have helped me at all is eating very small portions fairly frequently, which is hard while working all day, but ive had a pack of ginger busicuits on hand to nibble in work as i heard ginger is good for sickness! Also frozen grapes are fantastic, you cant accidentally rush them like normal grapes and they do seem to calm my tummy!
Havin terrible nausea. Sometimes i wanna puke but i cant. I cant even finish food because my gag reflex is whacked out! I easily get sick by the smell of certain foods esp fried ones...and foods with strong smell.
