the internet is a scary place for us

Pregnant mommas...do you agree? ♡ ever since i got pregnant i have relied on the internet googling from pregnancy symptoms, to an obsessive list of foods and drinks that may cause harm to babies. The smallest things that makes us paranoid. I understand that us pregnant women needs to be careful with alcohol and drugs...but it becomes so emotionally taxing. Like oils that you rub on your skin while pregnant...which can be so relaxing. The Internet would tell you a lot and usually conflicting infos. When i asked my doctor, she said as long as i am not ingesting essential oils, its safe for me. Its just so scary...and I wonder if anybody of you feels the same way...i was thinking, before the internet came out, women in the past delivered healthy babies, even   during the stone age...hehehe! Just my thought...

Yeah, my doctor told me to stay away from internet searching for that exact reason! But it's so accessible that it's hard not to, and connecting with other mamas-to-be is super helpful, for the support if nothing else. I always just double check on what I've read with my doctor and try not to jump to conclusions.

I'm a second time mom and promised myself I wouldn't Google systems..and I am so glad I dont. If you ever have a question ask your doc or call their nurse hotline. Google will make ya crazy, my doc used to get upset with me because I told them j googled stuff lol
