sleep

i'm 27 weeks & 2 days, pregnant with twins, and cannot get comfortable no matter what. I even bought a $55 maternity pillow and that is no longer helping. I have so long to go and I work a full time job and am extremely anemic so I am already always tired and weak. I need sleep :(( what can I do?!

Talk to your Dr about increasing your iron and I would sleep in a recliner if possible. If your iron gets too bad u may have to get a transfusion....u don't want that.

I use the essential oil called pillow potion and it works wonders. All u have to do is rub it under your heel and you'll get asleep.

You poor women! I'm so uncomfortable with one never mind twins! I do some yoga every night but it feels like a temporary bandaid as I'm miserable by morning again. I'm having my husband research pregnancy massage too.

I'm also 27 weeks + 5 days with twins . Sleep is my biggest struggle I've started sleeping with 5 pillows one each side of my stomach for when I turn , two under my head n the other under my top half to help prop me up as I find more comfortable sleeping at an angle instead of flat now .

I wish I knew! I toss and turn all night and I used to be one of those ppl that could sleep anywhere anytime... Have you tried a recliner chair maybe?
