underwear!!!

I thought I'd found the solution. At 21 weeks I found myself pantyless due to a severe case of the laundry "don't wants". After tearing through my drawers looking for a pair of panties that were loose enough for my expanding everything, I stumbled across a pair of my husband's boxer briefs! Without hesitation I threw them on and had never felt more comfortable in this pregnancy thus far. Fast forward 2 weeks. Here I am. 23 weeks and the band of his boxer briefs are now cutting into my belly! Why? Why must life be so difficult while pregnant?

Anyway, any other solutions out there? Are there any fancy mommy-undies that I know nothing of or am I gonna just have to buy extra large panties for these last 17 weeks?

I'm still wearing my underwear from before.....all off it sits very low on the hips and does not have hard elastic to cut in. I bought them at target and also aerie (a while ago). I think as long as it sits low (like the hipster bikinis) and have stretchy lace around the edges they should work and definitely look better than granny panties. I did have to up my bras, but only a little up.

Men's y fronts, just get them in a bigger size when they get tight! Much more comfy though as they sit under my bump rather than over it :)

I don't know how you girls can go pantyless with all this extra discharge that pregnancy brings on. I wear the girly boy shorts or towards the end of my first I gave in and wore the granny panties..

I just went and bought xl panties on sale from la senza during my first pregnancy. I'm now on my third, so it's been a good investment

I'll probably go to target this weekend and get some of their lace panties I believe they don't have elastic.

I wish I could go pantyless but the way my bladder is behaving I have to wear panty liners :(

i'm in the same boat. everything is cutting into my abdomen and hips. one of the first things i do when i get home is take my clothes off and wear an oversized tshirt with nothing underneath. i still fit in my pre-pregnancy jeans so i know i haven't bloated like a balloon. i must just be carrying very low. i'm down to about 5 pairs of panties from my entire drawer that i am still willing to wear. i did notice that none of them have an actual elastic anywhere. some are thongs, some are panties, they're all super stretchy and the light "no-show" material. you should be able to find those types in most stores that have a decent sized underwear department.
