I have all my furniture set up. Had it set up since 13 weeks. But that's mainly because I bought it all and didn't want it just sitting there in the boxes. Took a long time to put it together. Hate following instructions. I'm glad I did it back then  cos there's no way I'd wanna do it later with how uncomfortable I'm going to get.

If I had my crib now, I'd put it up now (20w5d). My schedule is crazy because of grad school so the more I can get done early the better!

I am 17 weeks tomorrow, and we plan to paint the babies room and put up the crib etc in February, so I'll be rough 19 weeks. I want to get it done after we find out the gender, while I'm still small enough to move around and do stuff. Plus my husband works construction so as soon as it gets warm his hours are going to get nuts.. So we want to have everything done before then.
