Update, bitter/sweet

Okay, so I went in for my doc visit this morning at 10. I now have my ,hopefully final, predicted due date. It went from march,31rst, to april,4th, april 5th and now it's April,1rst! :) So I'm 9 weeks and 1 day today:) Well I went to have my U/S and there was my lil peanut :) and another real small circle it seemed and I asked him what it was (since I have a history of ovarian cysts), and he said that most likely the pregnancy started off as twins and one passed away earlier on and didn't show up on the last U/S because they were so early.  :( As most of you know I was worried about having twins because it follows strongly in my hubby's side, 1 single child, then twins, and more twins. But the news was bitter sweet, I'm glad that my one surviving baby is okay, but sad that I did loose his/her twin :(.  Since my due date is only 1 day away from march and I already know allot of people on this forum I'll stay on march as well as april... But that's my news for today, bitter/sweet. Anyone have any good news to share to help me feel a little better? It would be very appreciated, or if someone went through this before as well. Thank you and I wish all a happy and very healthy 9 months.                       JamieLee

Congrats! I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy.  I remember when I saw my son moving around in his U/S around 18 weeks, it's a miracle and just the best reassurance.  I hope you have a great last 6 months :) And thank you for the encouragement :)

That is great news despite the fact that one didn't make it.  But, good news is that your little one is strong and ready to make the journey.  Congrats!  Who knows... you just might deliver in March despite your due date :)

Well, my good news is that this is our 3rd pregnancy (no living children though) and it seems to be "Sticking" :)  We had an ultrasound today and saw the babies fingers, toes, leg and arm bones, and it was "jumping"!  I am now 13w4d... we lost our first pregnancy at 15 weeks, so I am still a little nervous but feel pretty fantastic after today's ultrasound.
