oh ok, but im sure everything is ok. My Aunt had her daughter 17 yrs ago and she got her blood work in the risk for Down and her baby was born perfectly normal, so dont worry. please let me know once you know all the results, i will be praying for those babies!

Hi. I have an appt on Wednesday for genetic counseling, an amnio & an anatomy scan. It'll be a long, hopefully not-too-stressful day. We're hoping the u/s will reveal our babies' genders as well :) We're 19 weeks with twins that were expected to be identical because we did IVF & only transferred one embryo. At our last u/s, the tech & doc both swore there was a boy & a girl. That's not expected w/a single embryo transfer & so that's why we're doing the amnio as well on Wed, just making sure everything's ok w/our little ones ;) Plus, my bloodwork came back in the risk range for Down's, yet another reason we decided on the amnio. Hoping & praying all's well! I'll update after our appt ;)
