We got in L&D at 7am, by 8am I was all hooked up and the Pit. was started.( I was at 3cm) The contractions started right away by 10:15am my water broke by itself! I was really excited as that has never haITppened and wanting to go on my own I feel like I did something by myself. By 11:15 the pain was so bad, so we called for the Epi. Well, the guy didnt get there intill 11:45(and the nurse checked because I was in so much pain, I was 7cm)  and by the time he was done it was 12 noon, I layed down and needed to push I was 10cm. One contraction One push later and he was here 12:05!!


Only 5lbs 12Oz 19 in long!

IT HURT SO BAD!!! I wish I had my Epi. But I feel great now and baby is doing Great!

I did get the epi. but anyone who has had one knows it takes 15-20mins to start working, by the time he was done and I layed back in was 12 and Logan came at 12:05....Just my belly I couldnt feel! lol I was praying for the epi to start working but it never did....I cryed alot after it hurt so bad!

So did you or did you not have an Epi?? Your story sounds almost exactly like my birthing story with my daughter. They started the pit, my water broke on it's own, I was in SO much freakin' pain, asked for an Epi but it was too late... so i pushed, and after an hour of pushing (ouch) she was here! :) Congratulations girl, enjoy motherhood, it's beautiful!

Congratulations honey!!! Yay he's finally here.  Looks like most of us March baby mommas went au natural, lol! Can't wait to see pics. Congrats again!!

Aww sounds like it went great! My labor with Hunter was so much like this! I tried to get the epi with him. The darn doc took a long time getting it in and by the time he was done I layed back and started pushing! The nurse later told me the epi wasnt even in!! It was kinda cool to know I did it on my own!!! Good job Toni!!!! Congrats!
