Contractions

I'm getting really strong contractions, but far apart. I know to go to the hospital when they're 5 mins apart, but lasting how long?

I'm having contractions too, they come every 10-15 mins but they are bareable I feel cramps too , I'll wait it out and see what happens when they are 7 mins apart I'll call

I was told with a first pregnancy 3-5 min apart lasting about 30 sec to a min long. For none ftm 5-7 min apart. I would track them to be that time apart consistently for at least an hour before going in. Good luck!!
