What type of breast pump do you recommend?

I am now 27 weeks and one day. I have decided to breast feed my son who will be here early March. I did breast feed with my first child but I used manual pumps and although the experience wasn't always good it got the job done. This time around I have been wanting to use an electric double pump. The first time around I had a lot of leakage out of one boob if I was trying to pump from the other which is why now I want yo get a double pump. Do any of you ladies recommend a type of pump?

I used a medela pump in style for my first two babies, and was very happy with it...I'm hoping it'll last for this one as well, but it's almost 7 years old now...not sure if they generally last that long or not!

Check with your insurance company, mine paid for my Medela electronic double breast pump. :) That was a nice $200.00 that I can depend on other stuff for the baby. :)

The Medela Pump in Style is the one I have. It worked great with my first and I'll be using it for this baby, too. :)

Hi there! I am 25 weeks along and a blogger. I took a poll from all my readers and it was overwhelmingly recommended that I use the Medela Pump in Style Advanced. Good luck to you!
