constant pain in lower abdomen

All day I have had this pain in my lower abdomen. It's not on one side it's directly in the front of my belly, under my bump. It sort of feels like constipation, but I've already had two bowel movements today. Usually the pain goes away or lessens after a bm, but it hasn't. It hurts more when I walk.

I'm 23 weeks  +5 days. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Same here I'm 26 weeks, but I've been going to the bathroom alot lately too

Yeah, mine feels a bit like cramps.
