Diffrence beetween tighting&contraction

I'm confused with the pain because I'm 31weeks been in & out hospital since 8week with tighting and bleeding at 28/9 weeks I had my show and having contractions I had steroids incase she came and at 2pm they rushed me to Bolton delivery suite and she decided to not come but I felt brackson hicks before but these tightings have lasted to days and stay for a minute oh less and come every couple of minutes and pressure when I wee even when touch my belly it's goes real hard into a ball shape? Just feels bit painful not to much but it stops me from sleeping Is it contractions oh brackson hicks realy worried incase I go In labour at 31weeks will she be okay?

Try not to worry n relax.. baby's 31 wks will make through am sure your baby will be fine if wants to come early good luck and lots of blessings

Thankyou I have done got a appointment on 9th to see midwife but if they get worse got to phone labour ward she told me I have quite alot of water in my belly so they checking to see how much :)

I would definitly let your doctor know. But relax and breathe its going to be ok
