overdue:/

Well, hit 40 weeks and 1 day today with no signs of labor...haven't had any cramps, no mucus plug, no water breakage, and couldn't even due a membrane sweep since my cervix is too "long?" Only dilated to 1cm and scheduled for an induction for the 25th. I've been told inductions make labor more difficult- anyone else have experiences with induction and if so what were the pros and cons?

I'm 6 days overdue. Had my sweep on the 13th and still nothing, i have another one booked tomorrow and if that doesn't work I'm also booked to be induced on the 25th... ohh and she's also back to back!

I've done induction four times tomorrow is my fifth. It's all I know because of high bp. It's not that bad just try to let water break on its own if possible because pain is worse after that unless you are planning pain meds. I think it takes longer only because when you go on your own there's not a start time. Other then that my birth story is just that. Induction or not you still labor and deliver the same.
