I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have been thinking bout trying castor oil. My question is..how much would I take if I were to try? Also was it successful for anybody?

I took Castor Oil at 7pm (1 tbsp) with a grapefruit juice chaser the night before my daughter was born. My water broke at 5:30am the next morning. She arrived 1 day before her due date (born within 24 hours of the dose I took). I didn't experience any stomach upset. I probably didn't take enough for that to happen. I was considering doing it again within the next 2 weeks with this baby. I'd rather poo and clear my bowels now than do it while I'm pushing her out during labor.

It can also cause baby to poo inside you which is very dangerous babies come when there ready really not much we can do, I'm due next Saturday and trying all the natural ways & nothing is happening so I'm going to leave her to it :)

Its just what I heard. Im too scared to try lol
But sex, nipple stimulation, certain pressure points, raspberry leaf tea, spicy food, oregano, an warm baths help.
