spa trips before giving birth?
I want to pamper myself before I give birth I have been wanting a massage for a while but im a lil nervous now that im pregnant since I cant lay on my stomach what would you guys suggest?
O ok im not supposed to help set up for my baby shower so a trip to the spa would be perfect to keep me busy that day I just didnt know the kind of accommodation most spas had
I get massages all the time and I lay on my side with a weird pillow between my knees and arm.
There is spas that have maternity massage i will be having one done Monday as a birthday gift my mom they only request that you are not in your 1st trimester
