Some days I am feeling just really pregnant and now a days I don't is that normal and for your first baby when do you normally feel it kick you.

I feel the same way. I tell my husband all the time i still don't feel pregnant. I'm 16 weeks. I think i won't feel pregnant until I feel the baby kick.
