All day sickness

I'm 10 weeks and I puke my guts out almost every day and feel nauseous morning, afternoon and evening. Any advice on how to avoid it. I tried ginger ale, water with lemon and I've tried eating small meals. There's Times where I don't want to eat just so I won't see it come back up again in 30 mins.

to be honest nothing helped me. I just prayed i could keep some of it down lol and drank lots of water. I took nausea meds but they made my arm feel funny. maybe a reaction. so i stopped. i am 14 weeks now and can tell a difference. i havent puked in a few days and thats improvement! I sometimes puked 3 times in 1 day. It does get better! i wondered if mine ever would.

I have the same problem. Nothing helps me either. Even the suppositories my OB gave me. Even when im not puking my stomach feels so raw. All my doctor told me was to keep up on my fluids. She didnt care if i didnt eat much...just lots and lots of water. Slow sips. I find eating things that are fried or strong in taste make it worse for me the next day or that night so i stick to bland stuff like apple sauce, white rice, grapes, cheese, ritz crackers with turkey deli slices,...for some reason peanut butter sandwhiches are good too...water water water...day by day. Your not sick, its a baby..thats what i tell myself. It ***** but just keep a close look at what you eat and see how it effects you that day and the morning.
