Welcome! Me too - my nausea has been much worse this past week than I remember it being with my first! (and here I was a week ago worrying I had no nausea!)
Saltines and ice-cold drinks do help a bit, but I broke down and started taking Unisom and vitamin B6 on the weekend. You might want to check with your OB/midwife about whether they endorse their use, and the doses they suggest but it has helped me so far. I do find mints helpful too, but also sour candies for some reason!
welcome to our community... sorry your feeling so lousy.. i have been feeling the same way... mints are my new best friend... i read about it online and for whatever reason that is whats helping my nausea... other than that nothing has helped me either... so hopefully that will help you too.. hope you feel better soon..
