non-stress test made me stressed out.

I'm 34 weeks and I got pregnant through ivf.  I went for a non-stress test and to get my fluid checked since I'm high risk.  While doing the non-stress test they found that the baby's heart was skipping a beat at times, but it didn't happen a lot.  They said this can happen if the heart is not fully mature.  They wanted me to do a more involved utrasound to check it out and to measure the baby again.  The mesurements were good and the baby is 6 pounds 3 ozs now, but the found a membrane that was in the same sac as the baby.  They said not to worry, but I'm worried.  I don't  know what it's from and it kind of scares me.  Now, for the next non-stress test they want me to do another utrasound. I just don't want anything to happen to my baby.

Oh no!  I'm sorry you're stressed now.  :(

If they said not to worry about it, maybe it means its okay...?  When is your next ultrasound?  Keep us posted, okay?  I'm sure everything is fine, but I understand why you're worried.  Hang in there.

Yikes! I would be worried too! Will you see you regular doc soon and get his/her take on the results? I was way freaked out from one of our earlier ultrasound results and after my doc broke it down in to percentiles, etc for me, I was still concerned, but not nearly as much so.
