I WAS having the same problem.  I have suffered with migraines for years and popped the pills the Dr. Prescribed when needed, but being pregnant those are a big no-no so I started seeing a chiropractor.  Found out my neck and spine are out of alignment and my muscles in my shoulders and neck are inflamed putting pressure on my ocipital nerve causing the pain.  I currently go twice a week for alignments and massage and use an icepack on my neck shoulders several times a day for 20 minute increments.   These things are helping tremendously, so well that I am hoping continuing these therapies after baby comes will keep me from needing meds at all.
