Am 4 weeks pp and since yesertday my stomach started crampin its like am on my period and have trapped wind at the same time my stonach feels bloated whats this all about, is it normal, my bleedin has nearly stopped too

During the healing where your uterus is making the happy trek back home so to speak, there can be a variety of aches and pains. You were ripped up pretty bad so Id say that yeah its normal. Though if really concerned, ask the Dr especially if a fever is involved.
