12 week check up and cerclage
My 12 week check up was Thursday it went great and Friday went for my cerclage found out I have a slight leak in amniotic fluid, barely, we tested three times negative so did a fern test and saw small Amt of amniotic fluid... on complete bedrest til next week to see if tear heals and then ill get a rescue cerclage. Prayers plz baby is great n plenty of fluid right now n hb 161.
Oh I see.. well best of luck to ya I'll keep you in my thoughts for a healthy pregnancy. By that I mean least complicated. its good to hear the tear is healed and baby is active though =)
Thx ladies I saw a high risk Dr yesterday and all is ok didn't see any leaking anywhere not at all n plenty of fluid so tear has healed. I go Friday for cerclage I'm now 13 weeks n baby is very active. I have an incompatent cervix,weak cervix, so I get a cerclage which is a stitch put in my cervix to keep me from going into early labor n so my cervix stays shut. I get the stitch between 12-14 wks n its taken out at 36-37 weeks
So what is a cerclage? I've never heard if it before, at least I don't think so lol.
You must be terrified I'm sure everything will be ok. My mom said this happened to her twice and the leaks were sooo small it didn't even matter they just monitored it. I'm not sure how far along she was at the time though
