38 weeks pregnant and a question about cervix dilation

I've been experiencing weird cramps on my lower belly right from 35 weeks. Before that I did not have such pains. I also have been experiencing pains on both sides of my legs probably the sciatic nerve. I had those pains earlier like about from 6weeks but then it got okay by 23 weeks. I think I passed part of my mucus plug few days back. It was like mucus from the nose but no blood. After that I didn't find too much of discharge except for few times a weeks. I can feel baby moving over my bladder and I have to pee often. It is very painful sometimes like someone stabbing my bladder. My lower belly cramps got worse now like I can't walk normally and I have to waddle. I don't have to mention about my pubic bone it hurts like hell when I try to get up, toss sides etc. Are these symptoms of dilation? I am plus sized and obese. Any info would be highly appreciated. Thanks. (:

Thanks you (: yesterday I walked for more than a mile with hubby. But it just worsened my pain. Today finding it much harder to walk even a ten min span. Meeting my doc the day after tomorrow. Hope I'm progressing with dilation. Fingers crossed. Thanks u again.

Nope. Just signs of being prego and in your final stretch. We all go through this eventually :) In fact your post reminds me a lot of myself now and Im 40wks 1day. Though to sort of help with the walking pain... keep walking. I know it sounds insane and yes you'll feel cramp-y BUT I feel looser now and its easier to get up since taking the little over a mile hike with hubby last night. Totally weird lol
