Odds are its probably just normal baby stuff and that you are fine to wait for his upcoming appointment but just keep an eye on him and if he seems like he's having difficulty breathing then get him in right away.

Mine all have breathed hard too here and there. It would depend on how hard asleep they were. If you're really concerned bring him to his Dr. Has he been exposed to any illnesses?

Most babies will make noises when they sleep. All of mine have snored here and there as infants. If he were to be allergic to the dogs that wouldn't show up until he was older so I'm doubting that your dog is the cause. I wouldn't worry unless it seems like he's having difficulty breathing.

Id check his nose to see if theres a clog visible or not. Saline Drops are safe to use. That might help til you can ask his Dr about it.

I have cats at home myself but havent had to deal with snoring.
