Hello I'm 38wks and 1day I've already dilated 3cm i recently had sex this morning yesterday did walking up and down stairs after sex this morning I begin to cramp any other tips other than ******* oil??
I took a hot bath and it triggered it. Ive been having contractions since 12am. And noe heading backing to the hospital now
ugh so irritating because i don't want to have him on my due date so many people with that birthday i want him to have his own day
