help. no yolk sac or fetus.. irregular sac :(

Today i thought i was 6 week preg and i had an early scan. Anyway they said they couldnt see anything apart from a tiny sac wich looked iregular shaped and was the size of 5 weeks. Anyone else had this. My cycles r never same and quite irregular could i have just got my dates wrong. I go back in a week to see if any changes but cant help but worry. On sheet i got it says Probable intrauterine irregularly shaped gestation sac of MSD = 10mm = 5 week size. Double ring noted of sac. No yolk sac or fetus evident

I just had my ultrasound yesterday and im supposedly 7 weeks. They found a sac but no baby. Doc says i might bbe earlier than expected or it could be a possible m/c. Should be seeing a sonographer later this afternoon! Stay positive! Good luck, prayers for you and baby!

I was supposed to be 8 weeks and went in for my first ultrasound and they couldn't see anyyyything. Scheduled another us a week later and couldn't stop crying the entire week but when I went for the next one they saw the sac that told us I was only 5 weeks 2 days . Sometimes you're just really early . Early ultrasounds are kinda tricky !

Don't want to scare you but in august I had to have a DNC because I had the same thing. They called it a blighted ovum. I was scared to but there was nothing we could do. I was devastated when they told us they didn't see anything. But shortly after I am now 8weeks pregnant and everything is good. Don't get ur hopes down. Good luck Darling and keep us posted.

That happened to me I got pregnant in may and had a miscarriage in July but I only had a sac too no fetus. I didn't have any cramping or bleeding though whatsoever I had a DC done in July and didn't bleed at all after that either. But I often wonder if I would have waited a couple weeks if we would have been able to see a baby. But I am Now pregnant again and have my first ultrasound tomorrow (: kinda scared

I miscarried at 6 weeks. I went to my Dr as soon as tissue started passing, and the did an ultrasound. Turns out I had a blighted ovum. No baby just gestational sac. I hope that's not the case for you. Maybe it was just too early for the scan. I'm pregnant again and worried it will happen again.

My dr wont even see me till 9 weeks since more than not the baby is to small to see until then. There are the cases where at 6 weeks they can see it, but I wouldnt think anything of it till farther along.
