The further a long you get closer to your 2nd trimester you don't feel as bad it usually clears up. I was supper nauseous since week 5 early on till just about recently I'm 11 weeks 3 days it seems like it's better now. I'm still very tired and don't have too much energy but morning sickness is definitely better!! I also just had an ultra sound and baby is as healthy as can be. So I hope this helps.

Try seabands. They are like $10 at walmart. They are just little bands you wear on your wrists. They are great.

I was horrible at 8 weeks. Then it eased up a bit, then it went back to full on nausea. The days that I feel less nauseous are like little miracle vacations that I can use to actually clean the house. The rest of the time I lay on my couch like a corpse and groan.

I'm sure you are ok morning sickness is not always present. One reason you get it because of your sugar levels so just because you don't feel sick everyday it doesn't mean something is wrong
