Milk or ice cream... drink lots of water but not with meals. And eat lots of smaller meals. No spicy, high sugar, or greasy food. Good luck. You are not alone!
Milk and tums are the only way I've stayed sane with all the acid :(
Tums might help. If it gets really bad and unbearable try 1 tsp of baking soda in a glass of water, it will neutralize the acid.
