baby showers?

I'm a FTM due at the end of May and I don't know when a good time to have my baby shower would be. I want enough time to plan it all out so its not a last minute thing but I also want to be able to save some money to shop for anything we didn't get... any suggestions?

I'm due may 1st and I'm having mine April 4th, only because my mother in law is going to be in town then and that way she can be there.

I'm due May 4th and I'm having mine March 21st. You need enough time to be able to get it all together after you receive your gifts, and exchange,  or purchase yoi you did not get.

I'm due May 26th and will be having my shower April 19th after I start maternity leave. I guess it depends on how you are feeling too...If you are organising yourself don't leave too late so you're not at your most ttired stage
