Yay, found out we're having a boy

Went to the anomaly scan today and everything seems normal. We're having a baby boy, just like I suspected! I didn't do the baking soda etc test, it was a gut feel at the start but then it was also the fact that baby kept going to the right hand side and my aversion to sweet stuff (I used to love sweet stuff but now prefer savoury stuff). We didn't have a preference, just want a healthy baby.
Question: they were prodding a lot with the ultrasound today, so much my belly feels sore and tired. Anyone feel like the ultrasound wand could damage their uterus?
The only sad thing is we don't have a photo of baby because he was covering his face! They were prodding a lot to see the heart chambers etc that the baby got annoyed and started turning his back to them and stayed this way for the rest of the scan. They should've been quicker getting the face and front part first and then getting the back and head. Anyway, baby was busy and that was a  good sign. Hope the next 20 weeks will be problem-free for us and for the rest of you ladies.

Congregations on your little man!! There is just something magical about finding out your having a boy. :)
Now for your ulterus, i think it's just the way they push on your ulterus to get the ultrasound pictures.
