breathing/pushing techniques?
Whats the best way to breathe thru contractions? Also, when pushing, whats a good way to push, what muscles should be involved,etc? I obviously havent taken the Lamaze class :) does anyone have a good advice when it comes to these? Ftm here n due in 20days!

I forgot allll I learned at class when I was in labor. But I know I did in the nose out the mouth while closing my eyes and shaking my head back n forth lol it sounds silly but the head part for some reason helped. While pushing my mother in law was behind me I'd push shed push my back help me push more. If it helped idk that either. I know I started pushing at 1045 my son was out by 11 so it wasn't so bad. Everyone's different though. I'm on my second I pray it goes just like my first
