Has anyone taken this to help with milk supply? Is it OK to take while pregnant?
It can help start labor is why they say not to take it before 34 weeks! I'm 36 weeks and have been taking it since week 34 and I'm fine and so is baby. Go for it.
Your not suppose to take it while pregnant, only when baby is here. It says that on the bottle.
I think that's what made me fertile and got prego in the first place too. I think your not suppose to take it while prego because it helps boost estrogen.

Oh yes. Wonderful supplement also look into golacta. While taking both of these I was able to give my baby breast milk till he was 8 months since there was almost 3 months of backstock frozen in my freezer. I lost my milk at 5 months because a mom sent her kid to daycare sick with flu and my son caught the flu and stopped latching.
Was able to fill 2 8oz bottles in one pumping.
