sleep talking

My husband informed me that I talk and moan in my sleep since I've been pregnant. I was wondering did anyone else have this problem and why
does this happen?

I moan a lot during the night, mostly when turning or when I have to use the bathroom.

This happened to me in all my pregnancies. The dr said it was because the hormones make some womens rem (i think it was this stage of sleep) stage go up, the "wakeful" stage in which we dream

Lol, I wouldn't be suprised if I was talking, been having the strangest dreams all this time. My hubby sleeps like a rock, so he probably wont hear me unless I'm screaming. I do find I'm moaning more, especially when I turn over in bed. Belly's feeling quite heavy and I need to use my arms to push me over to the other side. I'm not sure why we talk in our sleep, all I want is to get enough sleep at night, so that I don't have to nap in the day.
