sleepless nights
Hi all can anyone help, iam in my 3rd trimester with my 1st baby and I tend to toss and turn in the night, can this harm my little one? Any help or comments will be very helpful thankyou in advance
I dont sleep haha i get up around 2 in the morning and cant sleep till around 5/6 but doesnt help i get up at 5 am for work every morning
No it doesnt harm the baby they are protected by lots of layers
