when did your doctor check your cervix for dilatation?

Have you gotten checked? At how many weeks?  how Many centimetres were you dilated? Did it hurt like a regular pap?

I was on my way to the Dr for a check up that's when I was going to ask when he was going to check me and could not make it. I had a flat tire on my way there

I got checked at my last appointment because I had a tiny bit of spotting. It didn't hurt at all, it was actually better then the pap smear because it was just her finger instead if tools. I wasn't dilated at all though. You'll be fine

My doctor told me after 36 weeks as well. I even had a scare when I didn't feel the baby move for 18 hours, went to the hospital and all and they didn't check my cervix. They checked to see if I had contractions, no contractions no need to check the cervix.

No checks from my MD until 36 weeks unless something is going on that she feels it necessary. She said less is more as you don't want to introduce possible bacteria & the practice won't check routinely I unless needed

I got checked last Saturday which was 30 weeks for me. I was only checked because I was miserable with terrible headaches and dizziness I wasn't dilated at all. It was uncomfortable but not unbearable I assume delivery will be worse then that which is what I kept telling myself.
