try eating more slowly. the same thing harkens to me sometimes when i eat too fast and/or drink something after eating. it's uncomfortable and it feels kinda gross but it only happens because your stomach is full and your esophageal sphincters are relaxed due to the hormones that prepare your body for labor and delivery. it might help you to not be so full of food and drink.

Try eating snacks in between meals i have found it helps with portion size and weight
