13 weeks with pelvic pain and discomfort

Hi, I'm 13 weeks and a couple of days.  I feel pins and needle sensations in the vaginal area,  pelvic pain and discomfort especially with bloatedness/gas.  I'm taking probiotics but always have a feeling like I'm going to have a running tummy. I'm am really worried, my gynae appointment is only next week Thursday.  Has anyone felt this from about 12 weeks- 13 weeks?
