ugh!! sleep

Between waking up to go to the bathroom and having such vivid dreams i feel like I am not getting sleep. My dreams are not bad they ar just sooo vivid that i feel like im actually awake the whole time. I wake up feeling like i got run over by a truck any one have this problem

Lol yea i saw that! I do get them not as much now honestly i havent even felt it today. But i remeber in the beginning it was so frequent that it scared me a bit

I have nausea from time to time,but it isn't very often and I don't vomit, just feel nauseous sometimes. On the other post I said we were due date twins, and the lady was like omg your having twins congrats lol lol. Anywhoo do you get cramps?? I used to get the a lot earlier on, they have eased up but I still get them.

Yea my professor just told me to boil lettuce and drink the liquid before going to bed and it calms you down and puts you to sleep. She is full of all natural grandmas remedies. I turned 7 weeks today my friends tell me that it gets worst until the 2nd trimester and then thing become better. Do you have nasuea? I have in the morning but its not to bad

Same here. I have a hard time getting comfortable while I'm sleep, and my dreams seem so real! Ugh I Just hate that I wake up tired because all Night I toss n turn and can't get comfortable . Just turned 7w today, so I hope things start to turn around :-)
