I had sciatic type pain so bad my boyfriend had to push me up the stairs at night. I've been going to a prenatal Pilates class for the last few weeks and the change is incredible. Would highly recommend you give it a go if there is a class near you.
I feel ya.. I went to the hospital already for horrible back pain..the Dr told me its all part of the pregnancy and just told me to take Tylenol. So I decided to try out that maternity back support belts that help hold your belly up. I bought one from babies r us and it really helped a lot! Along with some new Reebok skyscapes shoes.. (feels like your walking on clouds) it really helps..good luck girlie..we are almost done =)
