Dry skin, what's everyone using?

My face on my skin has been so dry lately and have been using Aveeno. Doesn't seem to be working. What is everyone else using for their dry skin?

Use Palmer's cocoa butterflies formula. It helps rehydrate dry skin plus help smooth stretch marks. Also helps keep skin healthy so when it begins to stretch with baby growth it helps prevent stretch marks as well.

I second the cetaphil! It comes in a big jar and its super think. I use it at night cuz its too much for day time. For day time i use eucerin face lotion and it has sunscreen in it too. As for your body coco butter is good, if that doesnt work use lubriderm

I've been using Johnsons baby oil along with Vaseline. Once I shower I mosturize my skin with both while my skin is a little wet to keep in the moisture. Try it and hopefully it works for you. My skin is sensitive so I cannot use any lotion or I'd break out but this method works great. Good luck.
