Hands And feet Swollen??

Oh yeah.  My calves have gotten huge, and I get Charlie horses a lot from it.  Happens, just drink water and prop up when you need to.

My hands have been swelling for weeks now , but my ankles and feet just started recently . It's normal . Just prop them up

Yup me. Usually my feet at the end of the day. I find that a nice hot foot soak with some Epsom salt does the trick for 30 min. It helps the swelling go down and relaxes me at the same time. So it's a win win situation
